Cannoli-Eating Contest

Think you’ve got the stomach—and the speed—to conquer cannoli like a true Italian legend? Step into the spotlight and prove it at Festa’s inaugural Cannoli-Eating Contest—the sweetest showdown of the day!

The event starts at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, September 20, 2025, on the Galbani Culinary Stage in the Apex Town Hall parking lot.

HOW TO ENTER

You must be 18 years or older to participate (ID required) and sign a waiver.

Preregister in advance by completing the Google form online.

Register the day of Festa (check-in begins at 3:15 p.m.) at the Galbani Culinary Stage.

ONLY 8 participants will be randomly selected and must be present for the contest. Alternates will be chosen in case there’s a no-show at the Galbani stage.
